All merchandise at Hoffman’s Patterns of the Past (whether previously owned or new) is guaranteed to be in good to excellent condition – free of chips, cracks and excessive wear. All merchandise has been thoroughly inspected for product quality. Condition is determined by the age of the pattern. Pieces may reflect slight variations in backstamps, markings, colors, weight or size depending on the manufacture’s specifications, changes in molds, or the length of time the pattern was produced. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any merchandise you receive, we will gladly refund your payment in full, less handling charges, for those pieces returned within 10 days. If stamp/sticker is not intact upon return, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted. Special order items are non-returnable. We must receive the returned product back within 10 days at our store. Credit will not be given for shipping unless we sent the wrong merchandise.
